Syrah
2023
Our Syrah grapes were harvested in February. 30% of the fruit was left wholebunch, the remaining balance was destemmed into a open top plastic fermenter. The fruit was slightly crushed by use of pigeage (foot-stomping). Natural fermentation was carefully monitored by a cool fermtation. Temperatures not exceeding 20 degrees. The wine received gentle hand punch downs and pump overs.
Wine was allowed extended skin maceration for two weeks before the pressing of the skins. Wine was matured in neutral oak for 15 months before being bottled.
Tasting Notes
Red and black berries plus hints of fynbos, lily and white pepper. Good fruit depth, bright acidity and lightly grippy tannins ,the finish gently savoury.
Kwanta Red Blend
2023
Three Quarters Kwanta Red Blend is a Rhône- style inspired wine, blending Syrah, Grenache Noir, and Cinsaut. Each varietal contributes something unique - Syrah offers structure and spice, Grenache Noir brings vibrant red fruit and richness, while Cinsaut lends a delicate floral elegance and freshness.
Sourced from three distinct Stellenbosch sites, The blend is tied together with a bow, offering a delicate, elegant balanced wine.
The grapes were harvested separately over the first three months of the year. A 30% whole-bunch Syrah and Cinsaut component contributed spice and brightness to the wine. Natural fermentation was carefully monitored at cool temperatures, with gentle hand punch-downs to enhance extraction. The wine was then matured in neutral oak for 15 months before being bottled.
Tasting Notes
Subtle aromas of red cherry, ripe plum, and nuanced spice, complemented by hints of cured meat. The palate is medium-bodied, offering a refreshing acidity with soft, round tannins, leading to a beautifully dry and balanced finish.

Lereol Rose
2025
Lereol Rosé is a Blanc de Noir blending Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsaut. Grenache adds brightness, Syrah provides depth, and Cinsaut lends elegance, creating a wine that is both delicate and expressive. The fruit is carefully sourced from three distinct sites in the Stellenbosch region. These diverse terroirs combine to impart freshness, structure, and complexity, showeasing the unique quality and character of the wine.
The grapes were harvested separately over the fürst three months of the year. Upon arrival, the grapes were gently whole-bunch pressed, and the freshest free-run juice was drained into stainless steel tanks. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine enjoyed four months of lees aging, adding texture and richness.
Tasting Notes
Delicate earthy and spicey aromas are complemented by vibrant orange and red apple. The palate is round and rich boasting enhanced vinosity, giving a fuller, more complex profile.
